The Versatile Gent was established in 2012 after Founder James Want was asked to leave his day job for focusing on ‘non-work related projects during working hours’. The concept was born of a desire to create original content for brands and deliver them to a niche men’s audience interested in consumer goods, motors, entertainment and travel. After working together on a previous men’s interest website, James and Co-Founder Tom Hosking turned their attention to the men’s lifestyle market and produced articles across a range of categories and launched in June of 2012 partnering with M.J. Bale, Zanerobe and IWC watches. 

Tom and James approached me to create a media kit for the brand that they could send to media agencies and clients. The brief was a bold, exciting, timeless document that could help the gents whilst pitching for clients.
